Hi there

I'm urgently seeking share accommodation in Brisbane or its surrounding areas.

What I'm looking for:
*Share accommodation furnished house with others aged 21-35
* Own room not a share room
*Furnished - bed, wardrobe, desk
*Wireless internet
*Rent should include expenses - electricity, gas, internet, water
* As a student I can realistically afford only $140 per week including expenses (may be willing to pay more $150-$170 depending on facilities & work situation)
*Car space or on street car parking
*Long term sub-lease preferable as I hate moving around

I'm a fairly sociable laid back kinda gal who is fun to be around but I also respect others privacy. Ideally would like to share with either other girls or a house with mixed others guys/girls similar age group 21-35 not really fussed though...who enjoy hanging out & having a drink & a laugh at the end of the week.
